  1. Nice lines, reflections, and camera position.

  2. This is sort of a dream photograph where you have just had 5 pints of beer and they tell you the john is at the end of the hallway.

  3. Wow... great depth! Nice lines and lighting.

  4. makes you wanna sing or whistle.
    Beautiful empty.

  5. Reminds me of the hallways in computer games....

  6. Very nice lines!

  7. Is the Minatuar in there somewhere?

Very, very good shot. I'm in the subway every day, and still this photo makes me gasp.

  8. I love this shot, and its cool to hear what comes to everyone's mind when they see it. A drunken walk to the bathroom, computer games, the labyrinth......if I had to say what came to my mind it would be the feeling of a desolate walk down a hall such as that.

  9. As someone who uses F train quite frequently and is quite familiar with the tunnels connecting 6th and 7th avenues I am absolutely shocked you got this shot with not one body in sight especially that early in the evening.

    Amazing.

  10. I love this. Never seen 7th Ave. F look so cool and ominous...
It reminds me of the cover art for a Polygon Window single (aka Aphex Twin) from the early 90s.

  11. I just watched a tv programme about ghosts in the London Underground: your photo is a lovely demonstration of why we think we can see things in empty corridors. It's beautiful too.

  12. Terrifying, reminds me of Stephen King. Very good.

  13. Nice.

  14. This photo is brilliant; it makes me smile.

I wish I had a bigger version of this, as I'd use it as my desktop picture.

Any chance you could send me a bigger version without losing any clarity/quality on this, Travis?

    I'd really appreciate it!

My e-mail address can be found by clicking on my name.

    Thanks again if you can!

  15. Heh ... I'd recognize that non-descript hellhole anywhere.

    Rockin.
