   Ah, this is the secret psychiatric surgery ward under 50th street in midtown. You can get a lobotamy reversed for like $35.

   ok wiseguys. Yes this is 7th Ave (Brooklyn). A couple of lights were out in the tunnel. This is the exit to the South East corner of 7th ave and 9th st. :)
