   Yes, that happened about a month ago as well. It's quite a phenomenon. It will happen today unless we get those thunderstorms they're predicting.

   Interesting photo. I wonder what this guy turned to look at, and why his left arm is raised like that. There is a sense of alertness to him, he's responding to something specific. (And I think that earring just does not fit into the rest of him!)
