Grand Central Station ~ 6:15pm

Classic NY Post headline! The situation here is that this gent wanted to take in the headline but didn't want to pick up the paper. Was it because it was on the platform deck or because he didn't want to appear interested in the story? I'm always amazed at what we find our selves holding in such a public place. How many of you regular commuters have covered up an offending book cover that you were uncomfortable carrying? (I'll start it off, I have!) And can I say right now I have to read Maxium for work (just kidding.)

  1. I like the flat perspective on this. Very minimal. Breaks a little with the look of stream, in a good way. It's amazing how you make such a specific subject stay fresh.

  2. I don't really like this one.Maybe it's because I hate the NY Post!!But you did manage to make the platform tiles look really nice. The lighting is great too.Even with simple stuff, you are good!!!

  3. I find it much more interesting when you're reading something on the subway and other people come up and start a conversation about it with you. I was reading a Deborah Tannen book "You Just Don't Understand" about male/female dialogue and women came up to me all the time to say "that book changed my life!" I also read once about a couple who met because they were both reading 100 Years of Solitude on the train.
