  1. this makes for a great male fashion runway show.

why hasn't tommy or calvin picked up on this?

  2. Read the fallout from yesterdays "Pantless in the Subway" event. http://www.improveverywhere.com/home.php

And this from the New York Post:
January 23, 2006 -- It was panty-monium on an uptown No. 6 train zipping through Manhattan yesterday — after dozens of performance artists stripped to their shorts in the name of comedy.
The mischief lasted from Chambers Street to 59th Street, by which time police had been alerted to the prank.
Cops halted service on the train, evacuated all its riders — and issued summons to eight in the trouser-challenged troupe for "causing public alarm."
Riders weren't sure what to make of the situation. One elderly man shook his head in disgust. A woman covered her face with her hands. A few people smiled and giggled.
But being New Yorkers, most didn't pay attention.
Charlie Todd, 27, of the Upright Citizens Brigade comedy group, said the underground theater was meant to "break people out of their routine."
"The subway is usually a pretty dreary place. We were there to add a little comedy to it," he said. John Mazor

  3. Cool shot.

  4. Where are the ladies?

  5. You'd think the cops would have heard about this event before the fact. Its not like it wasn't all over the internet.

Did you see Pret a Porter (Ready to Wear)? One of the fashion shows was staged in a subway station. Granted it was in Paris and not New York, but hey.

    Great photo as always.
